We are hoping for a more normal Festival this year but we are committed to ensuring your safety and shall follow all relevant guidelines.
We shall be completing risk assessments and operating procedures closer to the time as the level of risk becomes clearer. These will be posted on the Festival website and entrants will be sent full instructions.
It is a condition of entry that you comply with the operating procedures in force.
Upon entering the festival, you assume all risk associated with Covid-19 (unless in any way caused by the negligence of the festival). You also agree to:
• abide by all government guidance aimed at preventing the transmission of the virus (details of which can be accessed via the following link https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus) and;
• follow all directions provided by festival personnel and set out in the signage within the venue.
Our Refund Policy as shown below will remain in place.
REFUND POLICY
If the COVID-19 situation gets worse it is possible that we may need to cancel classes, or worst case, the whole Festival, although at the time of writing this appears unlikely.
We shall refund your entry fee if:
We cannot accept your entry
OR we cancel your performance
OR you are required to withdraw by the COVID-19 guidance in force at the time or by our own regulations, for instance if you are required to self-isolate because you have Covid symptoms or a positive test result or are a contact of someone with Covid-19 or because of recent travel.
We cannot refund your fee if it is your choice to withdraw after entries close.
